The pattern file is fine...
If you were unsuccessful downloading your patterns and need more attempts please email us. Be sure to include Your Name, Your order number and the pattern name/number in your email request. If you would prefer we email the pattern to you, please tell us this when when you contact us.

OK, I paid for the download...where is it?
There is a download link at the bottom of your completed order form. If you have closed that screen you can download patterns or software from your account:
1. Go to www.knittingzone.com/catalog
2. Click on My Account (My Account is on the right side of any window)
3. Enter your account email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the link directly below the password field and your password will be emailed to you.
4. Once inside your account, just under MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION is a section called Overview. Click on the order which includes the pattern or software download.
5. Now, at the bottom of this screen you will see the names of the downloaded items you've ordered. Click click to download each pattern.
Important!
Be sure to select the SAVE not OPEN! Many PC's have security on them and can block the opening of files on the internet
BE SURE to make a note of where you stored the patterns on your PC!
Help! I received a file not found error.
The file not found error is usually caused by a conflict between Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat and/or Windows XP Service Pack 2. If you receive this error, click your back button and return to the download screen. Now RIGHT click and select 'Save Target As' from the flyout menu. and save the file to your pc. Be sure to make note of where you are saving the file. You'll now be able to open the file from your pc using Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or better.
If you can't get back to your completed order screen, click My Account (on the bar at the top of the screen). Now click the order you placed which includes the download. You'll find the download link at the bottom of the window.

Help! I can't find the patterns on my PC!
You'll need to search your PC to find where you stored your patterns. From your windows Start bar select:
Start
Search
For Files or Folders
If you know the name of the file, type it into the window. If not, select *.pdf This may take some time so its good to make a note of where you stored your files at the time you download them.
You may find it helpful to create a folder just for downloaded items and always store your patterns there.
Help! I successfully downloaded my pattern, now it won't run.
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or better to open our patterns. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download from www.adobe.com
My hard drive crashed, will you send me the patterns again?
Our agreement with the designers permits us to offer you these patterns for a designated period of time. After the designated period of time expires we cannot provide you with additional copies of a pattern for free.
Please care for your downloaded patterns just like you care for your paper patterns: store them in a safe place.
We encourage you to make a backup of your patterns. If your pc crashes and you lose your pattern library we can only replace patterns that are still within designated download period.
