Thank
you for your interest in our products!
We accept
payment securely via VISA, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders and PayPal.
If you are uncomfortable ordering on the internet, please feel free to phone
in your order toll free (866) YOU-KNIT (866 968-5648). Please use (256) 882-2300
for your questions. If we are away from the office, please leave a message
and we will promptly return your call. If you choose to order by PayPal, you
will be taken to PayPal's secure website to finish the processing of your
order. If you choose to pay via e-check, your items will not be shipped until
your e-check clears. All other orders usually ship the same or the next business
day.

Discounts:
We occasionally
offer discounts coupons for groups. Be sure to enter your discount code in
the Gift Voucher/Discount Coupon field of your order. If you forget to enter
your code contact us and we'll enter the discount in your account for use
on your next order. I'm sorry we are no longer able to issue refunds for omitted
discount codes. We are trying to hold down costs (so we don't have to pass
those costs on to you!).
We will promptly
issue refunds for any out of stock items, cancelled items or errors on our
part.
Shipping:
We offer
free shipping on most orders in which the merchandise totals $50 or more after
any discounts and before shipping and taxes if applicable. Items in our store
(such as sale or special items) which do not display the free shipping graphic
are not eligible for free shipping and you will be charged shipping on these
items based on their weight. If the total of your items eligible for free
shipping equals $50 or more you will only be charged shipping based on the
weight of your non-eligible items.
Barring unforseen
circumstances, orders are shipped by the second business day. Should any problems
arise, we will promptly contact you. (Please be sure to provide us with accurate
contact information we will never share or sell your information to anyone,
ever.)
We have no
control over the postal system and therefore are not responsible for items
lost in the mail. If you do not wish to assume this risk yourself, please
request insurance on your item. Buyer is responsible for insurance costs.
International
Customer Notes:
We ship world-wide.
Our shopping cart will provide you with the available shipping options and
cost at checkout.
We offer
a shipping discount for our International customers. This discount is equal
to the cost of shipping the same items within the US. Due to the high cost
of processing International credit card payments effective 6/1/06 International
shipping discounts will not be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.
Instead your shipping discount will be credited to your KnittingZone account
in the form of a gift voucher which can be used toward future orders.
If you wish
delivery confirmation or insurance on your package be sure to request it in
the comments section of your order. These
services are not provided unless requested. Buyer agrees to be responsible
for any applicable fees associated with this request.
Some countries
impose an import duty on packages. If this is a concern for you please contact
your custom's office for further information.
International

Returns
We want to
accommodate you in any way we can! If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory,
please contact us. We will do whatever we can to 'make it right' for you.
Yarns may
be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase if returned in the
same condition as sent. We will not refund yarns that have been unwound, knit,
returned after 30 days or that is unsalable to others. Sale and discounted
yarns are not returnable.
Items other
than yarn, including software may not be returned. Should an item be defective,
prior to returning the item. Items returned without authorization will not
be refunded.
On occasion
we make mistakes and ship the wrong item. If the mistake is ours please accept
our apology and contact us prior to shipping for return instructions. Be sure
to safeguard your return; we will not accept damaged items for refund or exchange.
